    Yes. DriveMyCar rideshare cars have 1, 050 kilometres per week allowance included in the rental fee. If you exceed this amount you will be charged $0.20 per km charge for excess kilometres.
    Yes. A bond is required prior to renting. The amount is $300 for most vehicles. This amount is then refunded 7 days after the vehicle is returned, subject to any damage, fines, tolls or cleaning costs that may have been incurred.
    Yes, the car must be returned in a clean condition with the same amount of fuel provided at the time of pick up.

    Yes! Roadside Assistance is available nationwide and can be accessed 24 hours a day.
    Yes, all cars are covered by our motor vehicle fleet policy.
    Should you be involved in an at-fault accident, you will be responsible for paying the Damage Liability Charge. (This amount can be found in your Rental Agreement). You may reduce the Damage Liability by paying a daily fee. Your Account Manager will be able to discuss these options.
    You may nominate an additional driver for personal use only. Speak to an Account Manager to arrange this. Please note: Only one driver may use the vehicle for rideshare driving.
    The renter is responsible for the payment of all tolls and fines. We recommended that you use your own eTag or set up an online pass to easily pay your tolls.
    Regardless of the number of cars you book, there is only a $100 annual membership fee to gain access to the Rideshare rental package.
